FAQ
All products are mid-fired porcelain with a food-safe glaze. It's best to hand-wash gently due to their delicate nature. Feel confident using and enjoying these artful pieces daily.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Continental US
Purchases are shipped via USPS, with tracking information available. Shipping costs may vary based on location and quantity, and you will be notified by email if necessary. Contact the carrier for any damages or losses.
We do not ship to PO boxes
International
Depending on the country and quantity, the exact shipping cost may differ. Customers will be promptly notified via email if any adjustments are necessary. Additional taxes and duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country, for which the customer is responsible.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All purchases are final. As each item is a unique work of art, we are unable to offer exchanges.
All of our products are handmade and one of a kind. We take great care to package everything safely, but we realize that sometimes things happen during shipping that are out of our control. If your item(s) arrive broken please let us know immediately by emailing a photograph of the broken item and the damaged packaging to livijaceramics@gmail.com. We ask that this email be sent within 2 days of receipt. Once we receive your email we will be happy to refund your money in full or give you store credit toward another purchase.
Care Tips
Removing wax from a fragile luminary may appear challenging, as slight pressure could lead to cracking. The optimal method involves heating the oven ( not too hot ), placing the piece inside, monitoring it briefly (not exceeding a minute), and removing it once the wax starts to melt, then placing a paper towel to absorb the wax.
